Fanfare, Southeastern Louisiana University’s month-long celebration of the arts, humanities and social sciences, offers a variety of cultural events that appeal to the entire region. Now in its 26th season, Fanfare has earned a reputation for presenting a wide spectrum of performing and visual arts. Each October, patrons experience a unique festival program of more than 50 events, including art exhibits, films, concerts, dance, workshops, master classes, theatrical productions, literary readings and lectures presented by emerging and established artists, scholars and companies from around the world.
